A huge thanks to John.
A week ago we had a fully automatic Satellite disk and Receiver installed in our new caravan.
However, when we took delivery of the new van the HD LED television unit had yet not arrived.
When the TV did arrive, we were faced with the challenge of connecting the Satellite dish antenna to its controller and then connecting an array of inputs and outputs to the Decoder/Recorder and then more inputs/outputs to the TV- needless to say all our efforts at this complicated process failed miserably.
Then we used Doctor Google and found John from The Antenna Company.
While discussing our problems and trying to book in service delivery with John, John simply walked us through the installation processes over the phone, and in a few short minutes, the entire system was accurately connected and fully operational.
And.. John charged us nothing for his time and effort and expertise.
